We apply strict data minimisation principles. Device and licensing data are processed exclusively for license issuance, validation, fraud prevention, and technical support. No advertising profiling or behavioural tracking is performed.

- Contract performance: issue and validate time-limited software licenses; provide support.
- Payments and administration: process purchases, generate invoices, manage accounting records.
- Essential communications: purchase confirmations, invoices, license activation, expiration notices, security updates.
- Security and fraud prevention: prevent unauthorised license use and protect system integrity.
- Legal compliance: comply with applicable tax and regulatory obligations.
Access to the Software is granted only after successful payment and activation of a valid time-limited license.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual purposes and comply with legal obligations.
- Account and license data: up to 2 years after license expiration
- Billing and accounting records: up to 10 years (Swiss legal requirements)
- Technical license logs: up to 12 months after last validation

Due to the international nature of our services, data may be processed by trusted service providers located outside Switzerland or the EU (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors). Where required, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are implemented.
